We've had a few reports of this error. There is something wrong with the iOS as that is what handles all the database operations.
What you need to do to fix this problem is reboot your device.
- Press and hold the top button until you see the message "Swipe to power off".
- Swipe the control and wait for your device to turn off.
- Press and hold the top button for a few seconds until you see the Apple logo.
- Wait for the device to boot up.
Everything should work normally now.
