If there was any way to allow an organization to have a master account that would receive time master info by time keeper and allow them to see progress or pull reports from other time master users in the organization, it would be very helpful. Not sure if it is possible.

Unfortunately it would not be possible with Time Master.  I have thoughts for a variation of TM that would be for the "service" industry instead of regular time tracking.  However this would be a far future project as we are very busy with a long term project.  We will always do any necessary "fixes" to our apps, but no major changes at the moment.
