I can't get the Synch module to work between my laptops

Hi,

I appreciate the software and am trying to use it more proficiently.  I purchased the synch module and can see it in the app.  However, when I access the Synchronization module, no device is displayed.  after reading the manual, I still have no clue.  I use three laptops: Microsoft Surface Pro 2, Surface Pro 3, and Dell XPS 18.

First make sure that the Sync module is active on the devices.  Go into the Modules screen and make sure you see the "Synchronization" option.  It *should* be installed by Microsoft on each device as long as they have internet access and are connected to it's App Store.  The other thing to keep in mind is that Time Master must be *running* and *awake* on both devices.  If the device goes to sleep, it will turn off the WiFi connection.
