i'm not really sure how to troubleshoot this one. I've been using time matters for years and on both ios and android to invoice clients.
sometime over the last several months, the occasional invoice will be emailed out, and the client will report that they did not receive an attachment connected to the email. there is no indication on my end that this has happened, and i'm not having issues emailing attachments from any other programs.
it's not happening all the time, but it's a pretty big deal for me. both because i like to get paid for my work, and because i'm the tech consultant who apparently can't even send an invoice

any thoughts? could this somehow be related to my invoice export issues on the ios version?
