android invoicing
« on: October 14, 2014, 08:31:39 am »
Hello.  We have been avid users of the app for couple of years now and love it.  Currently I am switching over to android devices from iOS.  Everything seems different but the same.  My only problem is I don't see where or how to email an invoice from the app.  I've read the manual, but must be missing something.  Thanks n advance.  Jeff

Currently you will have to manually email it.  When you go to export the invoice, it will show you what apps you can pass that information to.  For example Adobe Acrobat, Gmail, etc.  You will have to pass it to a Mail application for now.  We are researching upon how we can (hopefully) have it fill out the: From, To, Subject & Body of an email on the Android platform.

if i'm understanding your question, the answer is that you have to press on the amount in the invoice list.

at that point you should see a list of options, including email.

To send an invoice (email, view, etc.), just tap on the Grey box on the right.  The options will pop-up.
