Time & Expense Subtotals

Is there any way to have the time and expense subtotals listed separately at the end of an invoice? In other words, I'd like to see the subtotal for all times entries, then another subtotal for all expense entries, and then a grand total of both.

In the Invoice setting, just turn on (check) the Total Entries, Total Expenses and/or Total Duration.
