Adding Fee's

Is there a way to add fees to invoices as a percentage of total cost to include any taxes.

For example i want to add a 3% "convenience fee" for using Credit Cards

The invoice module does have a "Markup" function where you can do that.  Taxes can be set on either or both Time and Expense Entries.  Then on the invoice you would have to select the Tax for them to calculate against.
