But to test with another phone, I would need to re-purchase the On-Core software.  Since nothing is working, I am not inclined to spend more money just to do an experiment...

Do you have access to an Apple iPad?  If so, please download our Free "Steel Scoring" app from the iTunes App Store.  With this you could set up a quick test and see if it works or not.  Please let us know?

Nobody at my club has an i-Pad.  Do you have a free app for the iPhone?  A couple of the guys have those.

Sorry - clarification : you sent me a code to get a copy to try on an iOS device.  However, the iTunes app store indicates that it won't accept coupons.  Only money...

Sorry, I cannot help you with that.  Last I knew that the Promo codes were good for any country.  I guess yours is excluded for some reason.  Please try and find anyone with an iPad and download the Steel Scoring app.  It is free.

I finally managed to find someone who could download the software so we could test my ShotMaxx with an iOS phone.  We were able to do the BT connection quickly, and the iPhone received all my data just fine.
So I believe that rules out the possibility that my ShotMaxx trainer has a bad BT chip.  Back to Android-specific issues, which I guess I'm stuck with unless I change phones (not bloody likely, as I love my Samsung..).  Just have to pull out pen & pencil to record my numbers when I practice.  But I guess that's no worse than most of the other trainers out there...

I would appreciate if you can provide some clue, because I have a similar issue with Bluetooh.

In my Iphone 4, I am able to link the SM with the Iphone, and I can start an exercise, but when I finish and push rev button, although the SM shows WAIT, my phone doesn't receive any data.

In the other way, I am trying to link the SM with an Ipad, and the Ipad see the SM, but finally it doesn't link.

is there any way to reset the SM? the clue

I would suggest that you "reflash" the firmware on your SM watch.  Make sure that you have the 3085 firmware.  You can download the Burn ShotMaxx app and firmware from Double-Alpha's website.

Also, make sure that the SM is fully charged.  I leave mine plugged in all the time, when not in use, so they remain fully charged.

I'm using a Tracfone LGL41C Also called the LG Ultimate 2
Android version 4.4
I've been using this on a old Ipod and it works perfect.
I've found that if I Start Blue tooth and pair then start the app
I can start the timer from the phone most of the time.
But.....The timings never transfer to the phone.
I've adjusted the volume of the phone from half way to fully on
and no difference.
The phone and Shotmaxx are within a foot of each other.
When starting from the Android, as soon as the red button is
pushed, the timer starts if it going to work.
I've tried contacting you via support@on-core.com but it comes back
undeliverable.
Any help would be most appreciative.
