Cannot sync iPad and iPhone

I have purchased the Synchronization module and would like to sync data entered on an iPhone4S and iPad3.  I made the purchase of the module initially on the iPad.  When I follow the steps on the iPhone (Modules/Purchase/Buy) I get the message "You've already purchased this but it hasn't been downloaded".  Then I select "OK".  I do not get asked to install the Sync Module on the iPhone.  So how do I get the module to load onto the iPhone?  Note: both phone and iPad are running iOS 7.0.4.

Those are the correct steps.  After you tapped OK, it should then be installed.  Check in the main "Modules" screen and you should see the Synchronization option.  Better yet, now do a Backup to Dropbox on the iPad and the Restore on the iPhone (Setup -> Database -> Online Backup & Restore).  That will make sure that the data is 100% the same to start with and bring over the module.
