Invoice module missing upon upgrade

Good morning,

Just upgraded time Master to 3.0 and the Invoice module I had purchased some time ago is no longer there. The Module screen simply says I have not purchased any. What is the best way to restore the module. I have not yet upgraded to iOS4, but will be soon.

Hi Robert,

You can simply do the "Purchase" again.  If you have more than one iTunes account, make sure you used the same account that you originally purchased it with.  Once you hit the Purchase button and then accept/buy it will tell you that you have already purchased it and asks you if you want to download it again.  Tap "Yes" and it will be reinstalled.

We highly recommend doing a Backup with our free Time Master Central app before updating to iOS 4 (or any new OS for that matter).  So far we have only had one user who had a problem (but one is more than enough!) where the whole iOS 4 update failed with some odd error.  It's better to have a backup just in case.  He's going to restore the data to his iPad instead to get Time Master up and running again until he can find out how to get the iPod working.
