Since iOS6.1 Strange Expenses Errors ?
« on: February 08, 2013, 05:40:36 am »
Hi, here's a strange error, happening on my iPhone 5

Firstly Mileage expenses enter and save OK.
When I tried to record a purchase of fuel, after entering all the data and pressing save, it would disappear. I retried this several times, on each occasion after pressing 'save' the screen would just return to its previous page but without the added record.

So I thought I'll add it to my iPad and 'sync' them. I re-entered all the info, pressed save, Great, record entered okay. Now to 'sync', after syncing the two devices all the failed entries I attempted to add to my iPhone appeared on my iPad. BUT still not on my iPhone!!!

Any ideas, both my iPhone and iPad are up to date with software! Cheers, Richard

Hi Richard,

The first thing we alway recommend when all the sudden things seem to not work, that had worked ok just before, is to Reboot your device.  We have seen the iOS's database server (SQL) get stupid and not allow record update.  Although usually when that happens you get an error message and I'm surprised that you are not getting an error.  Try the reboot and let us know what happens?

Press and hold the top Power button until it says "slide to power off".  Do that and wait for it to completely shut down.  Then press and hold the power button until the Apple logo appears.  Try Time Master after that and see if it fixes the issue?  If not, please email our support email and we will get this figured out.
