Minimum duration setting

Are there any updates of moving the 'Minimum Duration' setting from 'General Setup' to individual 'Task Setup'?

This would be relatively easy to change, but has the big advantage that TimeMaster could handle tasks that are billed by the hour, as well as billed as fixed day-rate (10hrs plus overtime).
