Invoice numbering

It would be helpful to have the sequencing maintained per-client.  Also more flexible formatting would be nice, where I could have something like 01234567-89, where the left part is fixed (P.O. number, or other designator) and the right part increments.

I think this has come up before and answered it then, but basically from an accounting perspective, you would never want to have an invoice with the same number.  That would be very confusing.

I will add your request to a prefix or suffix to the number though.
