I called earlier to discuss this. I since had another idea about it. Maybe others have some thoughts on this topic too.
How about an option to handle minimum billing on a per-task basis instead of strictly globally? For example, I'd like to bill a minimum of one hour for on-site service but not for phone support. If I could set the option for minimum billing on the Edit Task screen, that would be super helpful. And hopefully that wouldn't generate much confusion for users.
