TM 5.2 unable to import template

I have attached to an email the supplied template to import Clients, but in Mail "Open with" menu, TM is not listed as an App to import attachment.
How can I import data??
Using iPad 2 - IOS 5.0.1

Make sure that the template extension still ends in ".txt".  If they got stripped from the file before or while sending the email, the iPhone will not know what to do with the file.

The name is: Clients_Template.txt
In Mail several Apps are listed to open the file but not TM.

If you want, email it to "support at on-core dot com" (you'll need to type the proper email addr) and we can try to import it here and see what happens?
