Invoicing issues - Stop/Start export field won't go away

Stop Start  time continues to show up on my invoices even after I cut off that field in Set Up Export Fields.  What should I do?

Most likely you are not "Saving" the changes.  Go to Setup -> Invoicing -> Companies -> (select your company) -> Export Settings -> Description Fields and turn Start Time and Stop Time Off.  Now tap Done, Done and then Save.

Try to Generate the invoice again and see how it looks.
