time sheet restore!

like an idiot I have restored an old back up over my current Time Sheets on my iPad. I did this as I was prompted to back up using drop box. I clicked and didn't read the dialog box, just pressed YES. This wrote over my time sheets with the old back up. HELP! Can I get my data back!

Most likely, no.  The only way that might be possible is if you had done an iTunes Sync before you overwrote the data and have not done an iTunes sync since then.  In this thread: http://on-core.com/forums/index.php/topic,82.0.html you could try to extract the database file from iTunes and then Restore that.

Crap. Umm... you might consider putting in an extra measure between the restore function like ( type 'restore' here ) to help feckless idiots like me from deleting valuable info.
