International Date Format not working
« on: September 23, 2011, 03:52:31 pm »
TimeMaster is sending my reports in US Date format even though my iphone has always been set to International Date format and displays correctly the day/month/year on everything else except Time Master reports (checked after reading the forum post on this topic).  When I try to reformat the date in excel, it recognizes it backwards such that September 15, 2011 displays on Timemaster reports as 11/09/15 so excel pulls the year as being 2015 so I cannot even create a template with three separate columns.  How do I fix this? Time Master does not seem to be working according to the iphone setting as claimed.

Thanks.

We do not override any date formats except for one special case in the Quickbooks module (by a setting option).  All dates are generated by the iOS.

On the main Time Entries screen, are the dates in US format or another?  I tried setting my device to (Argentina) Spanish where the date format is dd/mm/yy  and the "Generated" report is correct and in that format.  Please check in your Setting (app) -> General -> International -> Region Format and make sure that is correct for your country.
