Invoice layout - exchange total

Is there any way to suppress the exchange rate and exchange total on the invoice? I only plan to ever use GB Pounds for my invoices so don't want to display exchange rate = 1 or exchange total.

Don't put anything in the "Currency" box in the invoice.  Then it will not do any currency conversions.
