No time entries in my reports

I've reported fine in the past, but possibly somethings happened in the 2nd last update?  I just installed 3.8 to ensure the update won't fix this, and it didn't, I'm running OS 4.2.1 on an iPhone 4.   When I go to generate a report for individual clients for last month, the report gives me 0s.  I have tried 4 clients that I know I have session entries for, and only 1 of them actually reports anything.

If I look at a client that reports 0s, I can see numerous individual sessions within the date range (last month or January 2011) with a start date start time/end time within last months valid date ranges.   The sessions have annotations, and a duration.

The report settings are pretty straight forward,
Pressed 'last month' (and confimed the selected start/end dates match January 2011)
Selected 'Client'
No Project
No Task
Taxble = Any
Reported =Any

Then click on generate.  Any ideas?

Is the Report type set to "Time & Expenses" or "Time Entries"?

Other than that, it shouldn't be a problem.
If that doesn't solve it, please contact us through email and we'll probably ask you to send us over your database if that's not a problem so we can take a look here and see what could be causing it. So far, you're the first to report an issue like this.

It would be good to check all your filters.  Try selecting "Time & Expenses" as Ernesto has suggested.  For example make sure that Reimbursable and Taxable are also set to Any.  You can also clear out the Client code, so that it should select all records and see what you get.  Any times that we've had reports of not getting any results, it has always been an issue where some filter was restricting the results.  Please let us know how you make out?

I've tried both 'time & Expenses' and 'Time Entries' and all of my filters are sent to 'any' so I'll have to email you.

I've just received your email and wrote you back describing what's the problem.

Basically, those entries fall outside the date range you specified for the Report, thus are not going to be reported.
