That in general is due to Apple's licensing/protection having some problem verifying the app. Two things you can try. First Reboot your device. That solves most issues when apps behavior is odd. Second, as a last resort, you could try deleting the app and reinstalling (ONLY recommend as a last restore as when you delete the app, it will also delete the apps data).
