backup won't work

I can't get my backup to work. Downloaded the latest version of Time Master Central. My device shows up just fine, but no buttons or anything shows up to click a backup. I deleted that apple bonjour, and it still doesn't do anything. I have searched here and can't find any answers. I'm running ver 3.4 and 2.1 on the TMC and on a PC, XP Pro

For some unknown reason there are a few people that Time Master Central just does not work for on Windows.  We have not been able to replicate the problem here and no one who has had this problem has figured out what is the cause and how to fix it.  Most likely it is some odd network issue in Windows, but it could also be the Wi-Fi router.  It is some sort of networking issue where the computer is unable to communicate directly with the device (iPhone).

The way Bonjour works is that it is similar to the internet DNS (Domain Name Servers) that you use everyday.  The device (iPhone/iPad/iPod) broadcasts to Bonjour "I'm here and this is my address".  Bonjour keeps track of those addresses. Time Master Central (TMC) talks to Bonjour and says "are there any Time Master devices out there?".  When Bonjour says "Yes", then TMC ask Bonjour for the address.  Next TMC will establish a direct connection with the device.  Somewhere in there things don't work and there is no direct communication between TMC and TM on the device.
