Missing Invoices (iPad)

Sometime between last month's billing and today most of my previously billed invoices (May through September) have disappeared.

The time entries used to create the invoices still exists, but except for 3 invoices, the invoices themselves are missing.

If I look at any of the billed time entries, the invoice numbers appear ... and of course, I can't recreate the invoices.

Help please.

I just figured out how to save the invoices as PDFs and transfer them to my computer via iTunes, which I have done for the existing invoices. I just assumed that ALL invoices would continue to appear in TimeMaster until/unless I deleted them.

If it is showing the Invoice number in the Time Entries, I suspect that the invoices are still on your iPad and there is probably a "Filter" that is preventing you from seeing some of them.  There are two different filters that can be applied to the Invoices.  On the bottom Left are the Date filters and the bottom Right are the Invoice filters.  Check the Date filters and make sure it is set to "All Dates".  Then to test the second filter make sure it's set to "All Invoices".  For the Invoices filter I prefer setting it to "Status" and "Pending & Billed", as that will only show me invoices that have a Pending or Billed Status, but hide the Paid invoices.

Sadly, that is not the answer. I already tried every variation of dates and status settings. No matter what I choose, it will only show 3 of about 20 invoices I've billed since May, when I began using the program and invoicing module.

Can you send us a copy of your database file and we can load it up here and see what is going on.  Here is a link to how to do save the "database.rsd" file in one of the other forums.  Then email that to us at:  support at on-core dot com (interpret link to email to us).
